We're moved over to this new ticketing system at the start of the New Year, and will be fine-tuning its behavior based on your feedback. 

We welcome your comments.  If there is anything that you think could be changed to improve this system, please simply submit another ticket with your suggestion.

Here is a list of things we're currently working to improve:

  • end-users are unable to cc: other users when creating a ticket via the "Submit a new request" page.  This has been filed as a bug with Zendesk, the developers of this helpdesk system.  
    • Work-around: either create or reply to a ticket via emai and CC: the desired address in the email.
